Any further information  I hate muddy boots –  I always keep mine  highly polished to match my shiny shaved head.
I hate pvc boots  they leave me cold. There was an article  a couple of weeks ago in the Saturday Telegraph about some fully lace up rubber boots from Norway I think.  (I got the following reply when I looked them up on the net (Please contact our agents in England Lucy and Janie - you can call them on this number: 01653 618270 - they are experts.  Alternatively log on to http://www.ilsejacobsen.dk/collections/shoes/winter.html then scan through the shoes. I understand that later this year the mens boots will be available in the UK - though I am not sure where from, but if you contact them by their  email given on their website I am sure they will let you know.
